Five years ago, the French and the world mourned as Notre-Dame Cathedral burned before their very eyes. This dramatic event touched hearts and provoked great emotion around the world. A shared heritage and cultural landmark, Paris Cathedral is also a powerful symbol of worship for believers, who were deeply affect.
After several years of work, thanks to support from all over the world and the unfailing commitment of all those involved, Notre-Dame has risen from the ashes. Its reopening is a historic moment and an opportunity to march behind the Blessed Virgin.
At a time when the Church seems to be crumbling, a new fervor is taking shape. God’s people are on the march. They are called to give thanks and to implore Mary to spread the Good News of the Gospel in people’s hearts.

Visit 7 routes Notre-Dame is the first national pilgrimage to mark the rebirth of Paris Cathedral.
From July 28, 2024 and for 7 weeks, 7 routes criss-crossing France will converge on the cathedral, under the patronage of 7 great saints carried in procession. Everyone will be able to join the route closed to them, alone or in a group, for as long as they like.
A prayer vigil will be held in Paris on September 14 to celebrate the arrival at Notre-Dame, followed by a Mass on September 15 celebrated at Saint Sulpice by Mgr Ulrich, Archbishop of Paris.
Rooted in love for the Church and driven by the desire for unity, the 7 routes Notre-Dame pilgrimage is aimed at all those who let themselves be touched by Mary’s call.
Supported by the President of the French Bishops’ Conference, Mgr de Moulins-Beaufort, and many other bishops, it aims to unite all sensibilities around the same faith in Jesus Christ.

Ce pèlerinage qui se terminera le 15 septembre, Fête de N.D. des Douleurs, est une bénédiction. La Mère du Verbe nous a demandé de prier le Chapelet des Sept Douleurs, alors quand Dieu envoie, pour le monde, un Messager comme la Sainte Vierge, nous dire de le prier et de prier pour l’Eglise, nous ne pouvons qu’obéir !
Voilà une occasion unique de remercier et d’honorer Notre Dame et tous ceux qui ont œuvré pour la cathédrale ! Elle qui appartient à tous , c’est aussi une vraie chance d’être tous unis pour fêter sa prochaine réouverture !
La Sainte Vierge nous a demandé, au cours des nombreuses apparitions dont elle a gratifié notre pays,
de prier le chapelet, de consoler son cœur et celui de Son Fils par une prière fervente de louange et de
demande. Le pèlerinage des 7 routes couvrira la France d’un manteau de prières, de chapelets, sortant
du cœur des croyants réunis pendant un ou quelques jours pour arpenter les chemins de France et
supplier notre Mère et son Fils de nous bénir et de nous protéger de tout mal. Soyons nombreux !
Vraiment ça donne envie ! On sera à Paris avec les enfants le 15 septembre!
C'est beau c'est beau tous ces projets ! Quelle joie de pouvoir rendre grâces tous ensemble, de tous horizons et de toutes sensibilités.
Marcher c'est se reconnecter avec sa foi, faire le vide pour mieux accueillir la flamme qui nous est tous destinée, une flamme que seul un pèlerinage comme celui-ci permet de raviver dans la joie, l'espérance et dans l'amitié des gens qui marchent avec nous en quête de l'éternité !
